The Legal Landscape (2025)
Colorado voters approved Proposition 122 in 2022, creating the Natural Medicine Health Act and a licensing pathway for psilocybin healing centers. Retail sales remain illegal; all facilitation must happen on-site under strict state oversight, with product sourced from licensed cultivators.
